Halfstep

I've written about theatre, film, TV, books, sports, travel and gear, for places like the Globe & Mail, Yahoo!, cbc.ca, Travel Alberta, Rosebud Theatre, The High Performance Rodeo, Calgary Arts Development, Postmedia, The Stage, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Post, and many others. Author of The White Guy: A Field Guide, a satirical look at white guys, and playwright/performer of The White Guy, published by Applause Books in Best American Short Plays 1997-98, and developed by Warner Bros. & Quincy Jones as a TV Pilot. Playwrighting instructor in the MFA Program in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia since 2007.
